Service Description
Create the perfect atmosphere for your special day with our professional Wedding DJ Service. We offer a customized music playlist to keep you and your guests feeling the love and dancing all night long. Our experienced DJs utilize top-notch audio/visual equipment to ensure seamless sound, lighting and TV display of the couple. **Wedding Services Notes** Nick Curry Entertainment blocks a full day for your wedding. Hours and base price are non-negotiable as this company will be fully invested in your special day. If your wedding will have a separate location for your ceremony and/or cocktail hour, please select one of the Reception & Ceremony options. Furthermore, if your wedding will be located outside of Indianapolis city limits and plans to end after 11pm, please choose an option with Lodging for hotel accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Article IV. CANCELLATION 4.1 Cancellation by the Host In all events, where the Host elects to cancel the Event, 1 day prior to the start date of the Event, the Host agrees and acknowledges that no refunds or reimbursement of any and all monies paid in advance to the Company shall be made due to schedule blocking from other potential services requests and personal obligations. If however, the Host cancels the Event within 1 day prior to the start date of the Event, for any reason including without limitation, Acts of God, and any other acts included in the Force Majeure section of this Contract, the full amount of the Professional Fees shall be payable to the Company. If another organization, specifically such as a college or university, agrees to compensation on behalf of Host for Company’s services without a deposit and Event is canceled by Host, the Host must pay the deposit amount to compensate for loss time and revenue for schedule blocking. 4.2 Cancellation by the Company and DJ In all events, where the Company/DJ elects to cancel to perform the Services as specified herein, 3 days prior to the date of the Event, for any reason including without limitation, Acts of God, and any other acts included in the Force Majeure section of this Contract, the full amount of the Professional Fees shall be given back to the Host. 4.2. Notice of Cancellation It is agreed and understood of the Parties of this Contract that any notice of cancellation from either Party shall only be deemed received only upon direct voice contact between the Parties, should unavailability of direct voice contact occur, either Party may notify the other by written communication sent via verified e-mail, or text.
